Certified Master Builder

The Certified Master Builder and Remodeler Program is a credible, optional program for homebuilders, remodelers and consumers. The program establishes measurable criteria and monitoring of participating builders and remodelers, and works to improve the professionalism, business management practices, product quality and record of customer service of its members. The program promotes to the home buying and remodeling consumer a resource for identifying qualified builders and remodelers, and has been established to create and maintain a higher degree of excellence in the Building and Remodeling Industry. The program provides for dispute resolution of consumers’ concerns.
